Refund policy

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the defect or damage is required.

To start a return

Contact us at tryrenova@gmail.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delay in shipping

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at tryrenova@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required. However, this does not override our defect-only return policy unless legally required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
